My name is Diane. After starting my professional career in the Netherlands, I continued my career in Germany. Over the years, I have worked in executive assistance, office management and international customer relations.

Working for international companies has taught me to organise independently, set priorities and adapt quickly to different people and situations. Reliability, clear communication and a good understanding of the needs of customers and business partners have always been an important part of my work.

Today, through AQL Services, I support self-employed professionals and small businesses that need an extra pair of hands with their day-to-day office work – flexibly and exactly to the extent required.

This may include general office organisation, business correspondence, research, data management and customer communication, or support with an individual project. And when a particular task requires additional expertise, I can also draw on my long-standing professional network in Hamburg.

With my Dutch background and many years of professional experience in Germany, I can also support you with international contacts and correspondence in German, English and Dutch.
